Upgraded to Premium - stuck on Free Version

I feel this company just stole my money. I upgrade to the premium verision in my APP Store account as Puchased… I enter the APP says that I am limited to 20 entries. This is the Free Verision not the version I paid for with my money. I feel ripped off after trying to reboot, upgrade the APP etc. NO matter what I do, the APP isn’t unlocking. If you only can use 20 entries a month - the APP is great… DO NOT MAKE A PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY!
