Service

My review about the app is a mix of the opinion about the product and the service.
When I downloaded last year I was sure it was the best money managment software avalible for free.
Easy, great to use, all functions I need and is also great the in-app products.

Then they did a upgrade and the design changed. Because I still have I iphone 4. It is not so easy to writte the information on the fields. I didn’t like the change at all. I wrote some feedbacks and did not get an answer. So far so good.

Now they there is a Mac OS X version, I downloaded, and I cannot restore my purchase!
I send 2 e-mail and I still wait an answer.

If the costumer service was more efficient I would rated as 5 stars for sure…
