MoneyControl - Income and Expense tracker App Reviews

…or the ability to move data easily to a spreadsheet function (I use Numbers). I also wish there was more explanation about the function of recurring expenses…can’t seem to blend them in with the items I’ve entered singly. All in all, I’m happy with the app, considering the price I paid for it.

Brand new macbook air has been working great. Downloaded this app and it crashed and restarted 3 times within 1 hour!!! This app is complete garbage!!!!

Slow start confounded by an obvious language barrier. This come from Germany and although it’s in English, it’s clear from working it for awhile that this is a second language thing. All the categories are vague and mean nothing in a business context; so if you’re looking for a small business app look away. Maybe for personal money management but even then- when I activated to premium little changed and it would not cross feed to my portable. Get the free version as you get what you pay for.

This isn’t one of the best apps for money management, it’s nothing like the layout everything is not as it sold. Don’t let the other reviews fool you..

manually sync with dropbox good but please also do it with iCloud

I’ve loved using this app - it has really helped us keep spending and finances under control. However, with the recent update, I’ve been unable to restore the Premium Update I purchased, and I can’t even purchase the Premium Update again if I wanted to because its just greyed out. I have written to thier tech support both through thier website and via thier contact email without any response whatsoever, so I’m wondering if this app has gone bust. I can’t find any information saying anything of that nature, but no contact from tech support for that long? Its too bad. Now I feel really bad about all the people I talked into using it. :(

The new update seems to have made the calander a bust. It always says January 13th, 2013 now and it doesn’t use the right date in the input screen. However, it does use the right date when it enters it into the entries screen. Incovienient, but it still works. It could use more development such as a budget screen. I would like to enter money I alloted to certain categories like $400 towards groceries, $100 towards fuel, ect…then the program alert me when i reached that alotment.

I love this app. Customizable titles for whatever you need to label your expenses. Customized reports. It all adds up to a great app.
